Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that show signs of use or installation.
  • Items returned after the 5-day window.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale."

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at autogloaustralia@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Ship the item back to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at autogloaustralia@hotmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
